A dependable operator ready to keep financial workflows smooth, accurate, and aligned with company goals.
Forward-thinking and adaptable, with a deep appreciation for culture and creative environments.
Traditional agency experience is not required, but it is a plus. What matters is your ability to combine strong financial rigor with an energetic, adaptable mindset.

Perform routine reconciliations to ensure smooth data syncing between financial systems.

Maintain accurate vendor master records and lead vendor management efforts.
Prepare and manage annual tax filings (Forms 1099/1096) and maintain W-9 records.
Monitor compliance with sales & use tax regulations.
Policy Governance & Process Improvement
Enforce adherence to agency Purchasing and Travel & Expense (T&E) policies.
Keep department leads informed on compliance issues, payment status updates, or vendor risks.
Continuously refine workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Support strategic agency finance initiatives and ad-hoc accounting projects.

Requirements
