What You’ll Do
As an integral part of our Delivery team, you'll develop comprehensive digital and social strategies that advance our clients' goals, turning audience data, platform trends and research into work that helps their brands earn a real place in kids' and families' lives. You'll work closely with our CEO and our creative, production and delivery teams. You'll shape the briefs, lead brainstorms and guide the creative process from kickoff to launch, making sure the work stays aligned with each brand's strategic communication goals. Then you'll dig into the performance data to see what's working and push it further.

Skills and proficiencies
  • 6+ years of strategy experience at a digital or creative agency, with a track record of building digital and social strategies for major brands.
  • Experience presenting and defending strategy to internal teams and senior clients.
  • The ability to design connected systems of brand communications across content, platforms and experiences, working alongside creative, UX, and tech teams.
  • A strong understanding of YouTube and social platforms, what makes each one different and how to use them to hit specific business goals.
  • Solid grounding in UX and web best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics and social platform insights.
  • Experience building audience journeys and using them to guide decisions at each touchpoint.
  • Clear, confident writing and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing your own time well.
  • Bonus: experience with kids, family or fandom-driven brands, or knowledge of COPPA and kid-safe design.
Responsibilities
  • Build digital and social strategies from audience insights, analytics, competitive audits and platform trends, and show how they translate into content, features and experiences.
  • Set KPIs, track performance and turn results into clear learnings and recommendations that evolve our programs over time.
  • Lead market, trend and competitive research, with a focus on how kids and families discover, watch, play and share.
  • Write creative briefs, facilitate brainstorms and guide the creative process so the work stays aligned with each brand's strategic communication goals.
  • Spot new opportunities for our existing and potential clients across YouTube, YouTube Kids, social, gaming and emerging platforms, including new technologies and partners.
  • Help build the safety and compliance thinking (COPPA, platform policies) into strategy from the start.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and help tell the story of what makes WTC different.
