Our Montreal office is looking for a Director, Client Experience - You’ll be responsible for spearheading creative, award-worthy campaigns that resonate with key audiences, ensuring our clients capture cultural relevance and media attention. We’re looking for a team player with brand and healthcare PR experience to help us tell compelling stories for our clients through innovative and integrated earned, owned and paid strategies. The person in this role is responsible for ensuring the success of the accounts they manage, including execution of multiple programs, timelines, budgets and plans, to ensure not only client satisfaction, but an exceptional client experience. You would be responsible for engaging and working with cross-functional teams in the development and executional oversight of strategic initiatives including development of campaigns, content creation and measuring the effectiveness of our programs.

Responsabilités

Gestion de la clientèle et des équipes intégrées de l’agence

Assurer la direction stratégique et agir à titre de principal point de contact pour un portefeuille de clients importants dans les secteurs des marques et des soins de santé.
Avoir une capacité démontrée à gérer avec succès des projets complexes et multidimensionnels, tout en respectant les paramètres et les échéanciers établis.
Avoir la capacité de transformer des idées dynamiques ancrées dans la culture en campagnes concrètes et à fort impact, en collaborant avec l’équipe pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de relations publiques intégrées, novatrices et susceptibles de gagner des prix pour le compte de grandes marques canadiennes et internationales.
Exprimer clairement les points de vue de l’agence par écrit, lors de présentations formelles, ainsi que lors d’ateliers et de réunions informelles avec des clients.
Contribuer de manière proactive à l’amélioration continue de l’équipe chargée du compte et du travail, afin d’excéder les attentes des clients, en mettant à profit ses connaissances et son expérience du secteur.
Collaborer avec les équipes intégrées de l’agence, notamment les équipes de création, stratégies et médias, afin d’offrir des solutions holistiques aux clients.
Gérer les opérations et les finances.
Gérer en continu l’affectation des ressources et de l’équipe afin d’assurer la réalisation efficace des livrables.

Expérience Souhaitée

Au moins sept ans d’expérience dans les relations publiques. Une expérience en agence constitue un atout important.
Une solide expérience dans le service à la clientèle.
