Weed Man Lawn Care has an immediate opening for an individual who can perform various administrative duties while answering phones and interacting with customers.

The Role of an Administrative Assistant:

Work in an office setting, providing excellent customer service to existing and potential customers
Take phone calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, verify customer information, and make sales
Perform various administrative duties
Coordinate efficiently and cooperatively with other departments
Brings a positive, professional attitude to the workplace

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma
Post secondary schooling is preferred, but not required
Minimum of two years office experience
Excellent customer service as well as oral and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving and time-management skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data entry
Previous admin experience an asset but not required
