- Support resolution of RFIs, technical questions and owner/tenant design decisions.
Permitting & Regulatory Coordination
- Support the project team in tracking permits, approvals and dependencies.
- Integrate permitting milestones into the overall execution strategy.
- Escalate permit-related risks affecting mobilization or construction.
- Work closely with the environmental, planning and engineering teams to maintain alignment between design and regulatory submissions.
Procurement & Long-Lead Equipment
- Monitor critical long-lead equipment against required-on-job and construction dates.
- Review procurement recommendations, vendor status and schedule exposure.

- Observe construction progress and compare field activities against the approved design and schedule.
- Participate in field coordination and contractor meetings.
- Identify emerging constraints before they affect critical milestones.

- Support QA/QC, turnover and commissioning-readiness activities.
- Provide concise field and executive reporting.
