Role Description
We are seeking motivated Insurance Brokers to join our growing Oakville team. This hybrid opportunity offers flexibility, mentorship, and the ability to build your own book of business.
Responsibilities include advising clients, recommending coverage, managing policies, and generating new business through networking and referrals.
Qualifications
- RIBO licence preferred; training available for new entrants.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-focused.
- Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance is an asset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
- Previous insurance or financial services experience is an asset.
