Role Description The Business Development Representative at WellnessLiving is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. In this position, the representative identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, conducts outbound calls and emails, and nurtures prospective clients through the early stages of the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, gathering feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing strategies, and representing WellnessLiving’s solutions in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales, with a focus on managing inbound and outbound prospect interactions.
Proven ability in Lead Generation, including researching prospects, building target lists, and qualifying opportunities.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and confidently.
Background in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Comfort working with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms; proficiency in basic computer applications.
Ability to work on-site in Thonrhill, ON, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset; experience in software or the wellness industry is beneficial.
