Support offer negotiations for senior or hard-to-fill roles, and lead workforce planning and succession discussions to anticipate staffing needs and internal mobility opportunities.

Evaluate HR technology and AI vendors for functionality, accuracy, data security, privacy, and potential bias, and recommend solutions based on business needs and measurable results.
Establish responsible practices for AI use in HR, aligned with applicable legal requirements and company data protection standards, and track the impact of new tools and processes.
