NEW Pay Package for SPRING 2026 Season!

The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada!

Our Coquitlam Terminal in BC is currently recruiting Class 1 drivers for the following hauls from Chemainus, Vancouver Island, BC:

Fuel

Work Schedule Highlights: 4 days on 4 days off.

Overnight will be required. Delivery to mine and retail sites. Position is a combination of day shift and night shift.

Driver must reside in Naniamo or Victoria.

Rate of pay

New Hire Fuel or Hopper Board Assignment
Total Base Rate	$34.00
Premium	$1.90
Good Operations Bonus – based on a 55 hour week	$1.08
Attendance Bonus - based on 55 hours per week, the hourly equivalent earnings for a full attendance bonus at 5.77%	$2.13
Total pay for regular hours	$39.11
Plus $2.35 for hours between 10 PM – 5 AM local time and on weekends

What you bring:

Class 1/AZ License with a minimum of 2 years of recent highway experience.
Super B, tanker and off-road experience are a strong asset; on-site drug and alcohol screen, job abilities assessment, and company paid criminal record search.

Total Compensation:

Bonus opportunity, monthly bonus and yearly bonus programs.
Paid ($32.30/hour) on-the-job training will be provided to all employees
OT after 55 hours a week

Responsibilities

Transport and deliver fuel to mine and retail sites on Vancouver Island, including routes originating from Chemainus. Work a rotating schedule of four days on and four days off, with a combination of day and night shifts and required overnight work.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Class 1/AZ license and have at least two years of recent highway driving experience. Super B, tanker, and off-road experience are strong assets; candidates must also complete an on-site drug and alcohol screen, a job abilities assessment, and a company-paid criminal record search.
