Position Summary:

As a key member of the Commercial Property Management team, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests at College Plaza; an office tower located at 8215-112 Street, Edmonton.

Who You Are:

· You are a professional who is well polished, with superior written and verbal communication skills.

· You can provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns.

· You enjoy being the first point of contact for clients, and will strive to deliver our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist tenants and guests of College Plaza with enquiries and direct them to the appropriate resource.

· Accept and dispatch service requests and follow up to ensure services are completed to everyone’s satisfaction.

· Coordinate leasing of parking stalls within the complex. Assist with dealing with illegally parked vehicles.

· Arrange for the purchase and installation of building signage.

· Prepare letters, newsletters, and other communication for the complex.

· Setup, maintain, and audit building keys and access cards.

· Program door readers and elevators in the access card software (WinPak).

· Liaise with staff and contract security and ensure they are informed of activities within the complex.

· Plan and organize promotional events for commercial tenants.

· Assume duties of the Chief Fire Warden for the building.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Minimum high school education

· Minimum three years related customer service experience

· Strong inter-personal and time management skills

· Ability to organize, execute and follow up in a timely manner

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

· Prior experience working in property management would be an asset

· Experience in Angus and Yardi software would be an asset

· Security clearance required upon offer of employment
