Analyze and interpret test data to assess performance and structural integrity.
Prepare detailed test plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design Engineering, Stress Analysis, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for test failures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Transport Canada, FAA, EASA) and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and configuration control of test articles and equipment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong interest in aircraft systems, structures, and design.
Working knowledge of engineering tools such as CATIA, MATLAB, Excel/VBA, or other technical software (varies by role).
Clear communication skills and the ability to take initiative while working as part of a team.

What You'll Gain:

Exposure to the full aircraft lifecycle - from design to test to delivery.
Practical experience working on certification, production support, and fleet sustainment.
