Administrative Associate - Edmundston, NB

Manage a high-volume reception with tact and efficiency to support the success of the office.

Your success stems from your efficient support with daily clerical tasks and focuses on excellent customer service. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals.

Accountabilities

Answer an expected 100+ call reception with efficiency and professionalism
Reconcile billing statements and payments
Accurate data entry on customer files
Complete weekly mailouts, approximately 250/week
Provide assistance in the coordination of functions and events
Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement business

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume reception desk, handling more than 100 calls professionally and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Reconcile billing statements and payments, enter customer data accurately, prepare weekly mailouts, and assist with coordinating functions and events.

Requirements

Candidates should have intermediate typing and data-entry skills, at least three years of experience in a fast-paced reception or switchboard role, and the ability to identify and implement administrative best practices. Strong multitasking and professional written and verbal communication skills are needed in a deadline-driven environment.
