Work Order Management: Open, manage, and close work orders, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.

Communication: Contact customers when equipment is ready for hauling or pickup.

Payment Processing: Bill out service work and collect payments from customers according to company procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Parts and Sales to ensure smooth and efficient service workflows.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.

Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in a dealership environment. Knowledge of agriculture equipment is an asset.

Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.

People-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience connecting with customers in a professional setting.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: You'll enjoy a competitive compensation scale, incentive programs, and opportunities for advancement.

Equipment: We supply the equipment and technology needed to excel in your role, including an annual boot and tool allowance.

Join us in revolutionizing the future of agriculture - where your skills have a direct impact on the success of farmers and the sustainability of our industry. We can't wait to welcome you to our team!
