Westfreight Systems is looking to hire an Owner Operator interested in running the US lanes. Must have either a TWIC card or Fast card. This role does involve having your own trailer, 53ft flat deck. Come join our growing team TODAY!! Can be located in Edmonton, Calgary or Saskatoon.

Responsibilities

Operate an owner-operator truck on U.S. routes while providing transportation services, including truckload, less-than-truckload, and over-dimensional shipments. Supply and operate a highway-spec truck and a 53-foot flat deck trailer, and comply with safety and cross-border requirements.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Class 1A driver's license, have at least two years of highway experience including one year of flat or step deck experience, and provide a highway-spec truck and 53-foot flat deck trailer. A valid TWIC or FAST card, ability to cross the border, a clean driver's abstract with no suspensions, and successful criminal record and pre-employment drug checks are required.
