An emphasis on providing knowledgeable service through strong managerial leadership and offering an expansive field of transportation services including truckload, LTL, and over-dimensional shipments has made such growth possible.

Westfreight Systems is looking to hire an Owner Operator interested in running the US lanes. Must have either a TWIC card or Fast card or be willing and able to get one. Having your own trailer, 53ft flat deck is preferred but you will have the ability to rent one until you can purchase one. Come join our growing team TODAY!! Can be located in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon or Winnipeg.

Responsibilities

Operate a truck on U.S. lanes while providing transportation services, including truckload, less-than-truckload, and over-dimensional shipments. Follow safety requirements and maintain the qualifications needed for highway and cross-border driving.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Class 1A driver's license, have at least two years of highway experience including one year of flat or step deck experience, and have a highway-spec truck. A 53-foot flat deck trailer and a TWIC or FAST card are required; applicants must also have a clean driving abstract, be able to cross the border, and pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening.
