Westfreight Systems is looking to hire an Owner Operator interested in running the US lanes. Must have either a TWIC card or Fast card or be willing and able to get one. Having your own trailer, 53ft flat deck is preferred but you will have the ability to rent one until you can purchase one. Come join our growing team TODAY!! Can be located in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon or Winnipeg.

Responsibilities
Operate as an owner-operator on U.S. highway lanes, transporting freight including truckload, less-than-truckload, and potentially over-dimensional shipments. Maintain safe operations and meet the requirements for cross-border travel.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Class 1A driver’s license, have at least two years of highway experience including one year of flat or step deck experience, and operate a highway-spec truck. A TWIC or FAST card, a clean driver’s abstract, the ability to cross the border, and successful criminal record and pre-employment drug checks are required; a 53-foot flat deck trailer is required, with rental available while arranging to purchase one.
