Financial Services Manager

Westgate Honda is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Financial Services Manager to join our Sales Department.

About the Role

As a Financial Services Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team and customers to provide financing solutions, vehicle protection options, and a seamless delivery experience. You will play a key role in helping customers secure financing while ensuring compliance, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Arrange automotive financing and leasing options for customers
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including:
• Extended warranties
• GAP protection
• Credit insurance
• Rust/module protection and other aftermarket products
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and compliant
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Department to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing experience
• Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Financial Services Manager/Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• OMVIC license required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
