Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Advisor, Online Auto Services for our Online Auto team based out of our Head Office in Surrey, BC. We are also open to considering experienced candidates who are able to commute to another Westland office in BC.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $21.03 to $26.29 with a 37.5-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

Responsibilities
Assist existing clients with their auto insurance needs by phone and email, using knowledge of ICBC regulations. Provide superior customer service, identify client needs and business challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and strengthen client relationships to support retention.
Requirements
Candidates must have an Insurance Broker Level 1 license and at least one year of insurance industry experience, specifically with ICBC. They should have a record of achieving sales targets, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize work independently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
