- Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation
- Previous experience leading and managing a crew
- Comfortable working at heights
- Good physical condition
- Willing to work outdoors
- Willing to travel
- Mechanically inclined
- Safety minded
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings
- Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
- Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
- Valid Canadian driver’s license is required
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients
- Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude!

The Telecom Foreman is responsible for leading and managing a crew during wireless and cell site installations. They must interpret engineered drawings and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve transmission faults.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous experience in cell site installation and be comfortable working at heights in outdoor environments. A valid Canadian driver's license and the ability to work in Canada are mandatory requirements.
