Wesway is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our senior leadership team in Thunder Bay.
In this role, you'll lead our HR strategies, programs and practices, helping create a supportive, inclusive workplace where our employees can thrive.
Position details:
- Full-Time (35 hours/week)
- Salary: $98,430–$109,367 annually
- In-person position in Thunder Bay
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) as required
