Armtec has the following career opportunity in their new, state of the art facility in Tillsonburg, ON:

Yard Supervisor

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Yard Supervisor leads daily yard operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading, unloading, shipping, receiving and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support yard team members.
Coordinate workloads and customer orders.
Oversee shipping and receiving accuracy.
Ensure quality and customer requirements are met.
Monitor performance and productivity.
Maintain a safe and organized yard.
Resolve operational challenges proactively.
Enforce Company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a related trade is an asset.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Manufacturing, logistics or yard operations background.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
