Original job description

You’re looking for more than a management role. You want the opportunity to lead a home, shape its culture and make a genuine difference to the lives of residents, families and employees.

At Whiddon, you’ll be trusted to lead with autonomy, backed by experienced people, strong systems and the resources you need to succeed. We’ll value your judgement, welcome your ideas and support you to create an environment where residents feel at home and employees feel proud to belong.

Our MyLife model of care places wellbeing, choice and individuality at the heart of what we do. As Residential Services Manager, you’ll bring this to life by building strong relationships, developing your team and creating a service where quality care, operational excellence and a positive culture go hand in hand.

We’re a not-for-profit organisation, but more importantly, we’re a community. We treat our residents, families and employees with passion, care and respect, and we’re looking for a leader who shares those values.

We’d love you to join the Whiddon family at Wingham, on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW, in this permanent full-time leadership opportunity.
