Our carpentry work goes well beyond traditional residential construction. You'll have the opportunity to work on timber boardwalks, bridges, docks, decks, concrete formwork, grade beams, framing, stairs, walls, and fences - projects that become part of the communities we build.

We're proud of our reputation for safety, quality, and hard work, but just as importantly, we're proud of our people. We believe in supporting each other, sharing knowledge, and taking pride in the work we leave behind.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Journeyman Carpenter, you'll be involved in the construction and installation of a variety of structural and finish carpentry projects, including:

  • Reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  • Setting priorities and adapting to changing project requirements
  • Maintaining safe working conditions and following Wilco's safety procedures
