Digital Project Manager
1-year contract starting Nov 2026
Preferably Vancouver-based / Hybrid work environment
We’re looking for a collaborative, versatile and resourceful Senior Digital Project Manager to join team WILL for a 1-year contract. You will be the heart of our digital portfolio working hands-on with UI/UX designers, writers, developers and our broader internal team to scope, budget and manage digital projects from start to finish.
Who you are:
You have at least 4 years of experience leading digital projects end-to-end, including custom website builds, setting up third-party platform solutions, content population, and client advisement & relationship building.
Agile Problem-Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced agency world and know how to find your way through fluid processes.
Best of Both Worlds: You’re just as comfortable with high-level scoping as you are rolling up your sleeves for CMS entry, admin setup and platform configurations.
Great Collaborator: You’ll be the bridge between our clients, our internal teams, UI/UX designers, and developer partners, keeping everyone aligned and project deliverables on track.
Detail-obsessed: You’ll manage quotes, track project hours, and stay on top of burn rates in WorkflowMax, ensuring our hard work stays efficient and profitable.
Future-focused: You'll help us grow by jumping in on RFPs, project scoping, and exploring technical feasibility for new client opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead digital projects from scoping and budgeting through delivery, coordinating clients, internal teams, UI/UX designers, writers, developers, and development partners. Manage CMS and platform setup, project quotes and hours in WorkflowMax, project profitability, and contribute to RFPs and new-opportunity feasibility assessments.
Requirements
At least four years of experience leading digital projects end to end, including custom website builds, third-party platform solutions, content population, and client advisement and relationship building. The role also calls for adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment, strong collaboration and attention to detail, and comfort with both high-level scoping and hands-on platform administration.
