  • Monitor housing sales, closing schedules, closing proceeds, and lot discharges, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Generate financial reports from internal databases and assist with weekly accounting reports and monthly reporting across various asset classes.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team on reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.

  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, accounting, or investment analysis.
  • Pursuing a professional designation such as the CFA or CPA is considered an asset but is not required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and working with large datasets.
  • Foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles as they relate to real estate operations and development.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to reconcile financial information and identify discrepancies.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A strong interest in the Canadian real estate market and a desire to build a career in real estate finance and investments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to work closely with senior management, develop their financial analysis skills, and gain broad exposure to real estate investment and development operations.
