IT Category Manager
Mississauga - Hybrid - 2 Days in the Office
$120,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation
This big, well-known insurance company is seeking a strong Category or Sourcing Manager to lead their IT Category. This includes Software agreements (Enterprise, SaaS), Hardware, AI. The role involves day-to-day sourcing, leading RFP’s, advising stakeholders and negotiating contracts. They are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills, to build relationships and to further develop the credibility and reputation of Procurement within the business. There is a huge opportunity to grow and develop your Procurement career in IT and within the Financial Services industry.
Reporting into a dynamic, supportive Director, within a growing team - this is an exciting opportunity.

Requirements
Candidates need at least five years of procurement experience and category experience in IT or software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ambition, and adaptability are sought.
