  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to identify opportunities for process improvements and greater operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Canadian payroll experience, ideally within a multi-entity environment.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential.
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Canadian payroll regulations, statutory deductions, and remittance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing year-end payroll activities, including T4s, T4As, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with Ontario Employer Health Tax (EHT), benefits administration, and pension contributions.
  • Experience preparing payroll journal entries and performing general ledger reconciliations.
  • Previous involvement in payroll audits and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
