Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to conflicts, safety concerns, or emergency situations.
Comfort working on feet for extended periods, patrolling the store, and performing physical tasks as required by the role.
Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles; previous experience in a store environment is an asset.
High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace.
