10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong expertise in manual testing methodologies and quality engineering practices.Lead end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and release sign-off.Design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.Drive quality improvements by identifying process gaps and implementing QA best practices across projects.Manage and prioritize defect life cycle activities, ensuring timely resolution of critical and high-priority issues.Experience working with automation tools such as Selenium and Katalon to enhance test coverage and testing efficiency.Lead large-scale testing initiatives, bug bash events, and release validation activities for web and mobile applications.Mentor and guide QA team members on test design, test execution, defect management, and quality standards.Prepare quality metrics, status reports, and executive-level presentations to support release readiness and go/no-go decisions.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 57000 to CAD 90000 .
