We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our dynamic team in Ottawa, Canada. In this role, you will be directly involved in the development and maintenance of Ericsson’s extensive portfolio of products and services. Your responsibilities will span requirement analysis, system and software design, integration, verification, tools development, and product documentation. You will work in alignment with Ericsson’s Product Development Principles, contributing to innovative solutions and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives such as CEE10 Design DGS and SDI3 upgrades, while fostering a collaborative culture of knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with CEE10 Design DGS
- Expertise in leading SDI3 upgrades and solution design
- Strong skills in SDI3 integration and development of GDCE
- Ability to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within teams
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Innovative and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with cloud platforms including Google GCP, AWS Public Cloud, Azure Public Cloud, and AWS Outpost
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Participate actively in CEE10 Design DGS initiatives
- Lead and manage SDI3 upgrade projects ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Guide and oversee SDI3 solution design processes
- Supervise SDI3 integrations and ensure seamless implementation
- Support the development and enhancement of GDCE
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
- Coach and mentor junior developers and team members
- Contribute to innovation by proposing creative solutions and improvements
- Adhere to Ericsson’s Product Development Principles and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Competitive salary range for Ottawa location: $85,000 - $111,300, dependent on experience and qualifications
- Short-term variable compensation plan with eligibility for annual bonuses based on business and individual performance

Responsibilities
