About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend - React) to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust technical solutions that align with architectural and engineering standards while fulfilling business requirements. Your expertise will contribute to creating scalable, reliable, and secure applications that support the strategic objectives of the Global Transaction Banking division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experiences and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in modern web development, particularly using React, Java, Spring Boot, and Azure cloud services, and is capable of working independently on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in Micro App development using Azure, Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of system development methodologies, SDLC, and project management practices
• Experience with enterprise application integration, APIs, and technical infrastructure
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in application development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications adhering to enterprise standards and best practices
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions
• Manage integration of systems, projects, and technical interfaces to ensure seamless operation and high service levels
• Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and product offerings
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Ensure compliance with security policies, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and post-implementation reviews to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
