You'll join before we open, working alongside us as we launch the site and hire its founding team. The role blends leading the team with hands-on time in the spas and with guests. Part of your onboarding takes place in BC, where you'll spend hands-on time in every part of the guest and spa attendant experience.

- Hire, onboard, train and schedule a team of 20-30 spa attendants, adjusting to demand
- Coach team members and lead regular performance reviews
- Keep standard operating procedures followed on every shift
- Own sanitation, guest safety and the reset between every booking
- Keep the circuit running with minimal downtime
- Lead a calm, personal, unscripted guest experience, and resolve concerns quickly
- Manage the site budget, inventory, labour and P&L
- Partner with head office on launch, marketing and guest feedback
