We are currently seeking a Full-Time Employment Consultant (Contract) to join our growing team.

  • Meet regularly with clients to review needs, update action plans, and coordinate wraparound supports.
  • Building trusting, judgment-free relationships with clients and community partners.
  • Use electronic scheduling and case management software (Windows, Microsoft 365, CaMS, WEdata).
  • Assist with promoting workshops, services, and employment-related opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with empathy and professionalism.
