About The Role
The Service Team Leader will be a highly driven, creative leader who can achieve and maintain team synergy through engaging and motivating teams, while exceeding targets. Along with Service Advising, this individual will have a thorough understanding of the Service department and knowledge of the customer survey process with the ability to multitask and train. We are seeking someone with a
minimum three-year service advising experience and approving track record of success on advisor KPI’s. This is a leadership/coaching position, responsible for the success of the service Service Advisors. It also involves some active service advisory duty.
Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Supporting all Service Advisors in all day to day activities
- Front line client resolutions
- Coaching Service Advisors on processes and adherence
- Strong customer service
- Periodically review status of work flow and make changes or recommendations.
- Communicate with and support other areas of the Service department.
- Explain repairs to customers and Service Advisors as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Advising experience with a proven track record in sales
- Leadership and training experience is an asset
- Drivers license and clean drivers abstract
