THIS IS A FIXED-TERM PART-TIME POSITION
Duties:
ā¢Food Runner - Delivering food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order
ā¢Busser ā assist the servers with clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables
ā¢Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
ā¢Deliver, maintain and exceed customer service quality standards as established by F&B Department
ā¢Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
ā¢Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or be damaging to positive customer relations
ā¢Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency
Qualifications:
ā¢1 years service experience in hotel / restaurant dining room / lounge
ā¢Basic food, wine and liquor knowledge
ā¢Smart Serve Certificate
ā¢Food Handler Certificate
ā¢Available to work weekdays and weekends
Reason for vacancy: Replacement
Pay rate: $17.65 during probation and $18.65 after probation period
