Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will have strong public-sector project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT projects.

• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

• Demonstrated experience in public-sector project planning and management.

• Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

• Experience developing business cases and managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project risk management, budgeting, procurement, and change control.

Additional Requirements

• The role is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with on-site work as the default arrangement.

• Remote work may be permitted at the client's discretion, and on-site attendance may be required.

• A minimum of two relevant professional references is required.

• A satisfactory criminal record check is required before starting, at the vendor's expense.
