This role is currently designated as hybrid and is based in our Richmond office.
This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. These are considered case by case, based on the needs of the work, aren’t available in every role, and subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
Like everything we do, our work model continues to evolve to support those we serve. We remain committed to a primarily in-office model that strengthens our culture and helps us deliver our best work, while balancing flexibility and a positive employee experience.

- Provide quality assurance to your team to ensure compliance with instructional design best practices, quality standards, ethical and legal regulations and organizational policies, practices, and guidelines

- A senior instructional designer who is able to use systematic methodology and adult education principles to develop programs and provide quality oversight to the design team
- An experienced project manager, adept at assessing, planning, negotiating, organizing, monitoring and evaluating all project-related activities in a technical/business setting
- Able to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and work with tight deadlines
- Client-focused and able to develop strong relationships with internal customers
- A minimum of six years of directly related experience in the development of job-specific adult education programs using advanced instructional design and learning technologies for training, instructional design project management, and performance support projects
