Document Control & Project Support

  • Manage and track engineering and project documents.
  • Maintain document numbers, revisions, metadata, registers, and transmittals.
  • Support document distribution, client submissions, turnover, and project records.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
  • Help ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and accessible.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in process improvement.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable supporting both office and site teams.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, EPC, or a similar project environment is preferred.
  • Document control, document management, or project administration experience is an asset.
