What you’ll be doing

You’ll bring together technical know-how, business curiosity, and strong relationships to help manufacturers see what’s possible with Worximity.

Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll visit prospective clients, understand their operations, and connect their challenges to the right solutions. You’ll build your own portfolio and become a trusted contact for leaders who want to improve performance.

What you’ll spend your time on:

Getting close to the action. Visit client facilities alongside our Sales team to understand their operations and demonstrate where Worximity can make a difference.
Connecting the dots. Translate manufacturing challenges into technical and business solutions that make sense for each client.
Building relationships that go somewhere. Work with operations leaders, CFOs, presidents, and owners to help them achieve tangible, lasting gains.
Finding the next opportunity. Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio.
Turning conversations into results. Use Worximity’s sales methodology to guide opportunities forward and meet your quarterly sales targets.
Knowing your numbers. Manage your time, set clear goals, analyze performance, and build forecasts grounded in what’s happening in your portfolio.
Keeping the CRM useful. Document client information, conversations, and next steps so everyone has the context they need. Future you will thank you.

This role includes travel up to 30% of the time. You’ll get to see the operations behind the conversations.

What we’re looking for

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in both the manufacturing and technology industries.
Strong relationship management skills and familiarity with modern sales methodologies.
The ability to participate in technical discussions and translate product capabilities into clear business value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Bonus points if you speak Spanish.

Ce qui occupera tes journées

Aller sur le terrain. Visiter les installations des clients avec notre équipe des ventes pour comprendre leurs opérations et démontrer où Worximity peut faire une différence.
Faire les liens. Transformer les défis manufacturiers en solutions techniques et commerciales adaptées à chaque client.
Bâtir des relations qui font avancer les choses. Collaborer avec les dirigeants des opérations, les chefs des finances, les présidents et les propriétaires pour les aider à réaliser des gains concrets et durables.
Repérer la prochaine occasion. Identifier de nouvelles occasions d’affaires de façon proactive et développer ton portefeuille de clients.
Transformer les discussions en résultats. Utiliser la méthodologie de vente de Worximity pour faire progresser les occasions d’affaires et atteindre tes objectifs de vente trimestriels.
Bien connaître tes chiffres. Gérer ton temps, fixer des objectifs clairs, analyser tes résultats et établir des prévisions qui reflètent la réalité de ton portefeuille.
Garder le CRM utile. Documenter les renseignements clients, les discussions et les prochaines étapes pour que tout le monde ait le contexte nécessaire. Ton « toi du futur » te remerciera.

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements jusqu’à 30 % du temps. Tu pourras découvrir les opérations qui se cachent derrière les discussions.

Ce qu’on recherche

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
Un baccalauréat en génie industriel ou en génie chimique, ou une expérience équivalente.
De l’expérience dans les secteurs manufacturier et technologique.
De solides compétences en gestion des relations clients et une bonne connaissance des méthodologies de vente modernes.
La capacité de participer à des discussions techniques et de traduire les fonctionnalités d’un produit en valeur concrète pour une entreprise.
D’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
Des points bonis si tu parles espagnol.
