About Wrapped Media

Wrapped Media is one of North America's fastest-growing out-of-home advertising companies. We build large-scale brand campaigns on rideshare vehicles, delivery fleets, and specialty vehicles across 170+ markets in Canada and the US. Last year we tripled in size. We're not slowing down.

We work with some of the biggest brands in the world on campaigns that are creative, high-visibility, and logistically complex. That means our production team isn't a back-office function - it's core to what we do.

The Role

We're looking for a Production Manager who can run the full lifecycle of wrap production: from file prep and print to pack-out and install coordination. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and logistics. You'll own the production floor, manage a small support team, and be the person who makes sure every project ships on time and installs correctly.

This is a unicorn role. We know it. The right person is rare - and that's exactly why it's a great opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Graphic Design & File Prep Panel out vehicle wraps. Export print-ready files at full scale. Work across file types including PDF, EPS, and TIFF. Illustrator is your primary tool - Photoshop knowledge is a plus. Files need to be right before they hit the printer.
  • RIP & Print Operate our RIP software (we use Flexi) to process and prepare files for output. Experience with Flexi or a comparable RIP tool is a strong asset.
  • Large Format Production Run our HP large format printers, HP and Summa cutters, and GFP laminators. You understand the workflows, you troubleshoot when things go sideways, and you maintain equipment to keep production moving.
  • Prep & Pack-Out Prepare finished panels for install and shipping. Inspect quality before anything leaves the shop. Lead a small production support team through daily prep work.
  • Shipping & Logistics Ship install kits to our network of installers across North America. Coordinate timing with project schedules so materials arrive when and where they need to.
  • Installer Network Management Brief install teams on project-specific guidelines, templates, and expectations. Be the point of contact for installers in the field. Keep standards consistent across markets.
  • Project Support Beyond the day-to-day, you'll be pulled into production and operational projects as we grow - process improvements, new market launches, equipment evaluations, and more.
  • Operational Flexibility This is a growing company. There will be moments where you're needed outside your lane. We're looking for someone who leans in, not away.

Who Will Thrive Here

  • You take ownership. When something is off, you notice before anyone has to tell you. You hold your work to a high standard without needing to be managed to it.
  • You're technically sharp and comfortable across the full production stack - not just one piece of it. You can go from pulling a file apart in Illustrator to running a job on the printer to coordinating a cross-country shipment, all in the same day.
  • You communicate clearly with installers, vendors, and teammates. You give good briefings. You don't leave room for ambiguity on a job site.
  • You want to be part of something that's growing fast. You're not looking for a steady-state role. You want to build something, improve things, and grow with the company.

What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential); Photoshop a plus
  • Experience panelling vehicle wraps and exporting large-format print-ready files
  • Hands-on experience with large format printers, cutters, and laminators; HP and Summa equipment a major asset
  • Familiarity with RIP software; Flexi experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control instincts
  • Comfortable managing a small team and holding people accountable
  • Logistics and shipping coordination experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple active projects at once
  • Background in vehicle wrap or large format signage strongly preferred

Why Wrapped Media

We grew 3x last year and we're not done. You'll be joining at a stage where the work you do actually shapes how the company operates. The projects are interesting, the clients are major brands, and the team moves fast.

This isn't a job where you clock in and do the same thing every day. It's a role for someone who wants to be challenged, wants to grow, and wants their work to matter.
