Manage Lessons Learned Events (LEMs) and maintain associated registers.
Maintain equipment, asset, and testing registers.
Ensure document revisions are accurately controlled and distributed.
Verify documentation quality, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Support field teams, supervisors, engineering, quality, and commissioning personnel with document management requirements.
Compile and maintain turnover dossiers and final project records.
Develop and maintain final dossier indexes and document structures.
Track contractual deliverables and ensure submission deadlines are achieved.
Identify and resolve documentation gaps, discrepancies, and overdue records.
Generate status reports and KPI metrics related to document control and turnover performance.
Support audits, inspections, and client documentation reviews.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of document control experience on industrial construction, commissioning, or energy projects.
Strong understanding of document control processes and turnover requirements.
Experience managing large document volumes in a fast-paced project environment.
Excellent organizational and records management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS).

Experience supporting mechanical completion and commissioning teams.
Knowledge of turnover and handover processes.
Experience managing testing and quality records.
Previous experience compiling final turnover dossiers and project closeout documentation.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation package.
Travel and accommodation support.
Opportunity to work on a major LNG megaproject.
