Original job description

We are looking for a hands-on, analytically minded Paid Media & Analytics Specialist who can take a campaign from strategy to launch to measurable business results. In this role, you will plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google's advertising stack (Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Google Ads) and Meta Ads, while owning the measurement foundation that proves what's working: tagging, conversion tracking, attribution, and automated reporting. You'll be the person who knows both sides of the equation - how to get the right ad in front of the right audience, and how to track, attribute, and explain the results. You'll work across multiple clients and workstreams, turning performance data into clear recommendations that technical and non-technical stakeholders can act on.

What You'll Do

Paid Media Activation

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across CM360, DV360, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Define and build campaign structures, including campaigns, ad groups, and keyword selection and strategy.

Develop audience targeting strategies (first-party, lookalike, in-market, contextual, remarketing, and custom audiences) aligned to campaign objectives.

Set up and traffic ads, including creative assets, ad formats, placements, and tracking parameters.

Manage campaign budgets and pacing, reallocating spend across channels, campaigns, and tactics based on performance.

Optimize in real time across targeting, bidding strategies, account structure, and ad types to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Digital Analytics & Measurement

Build and maintain KPI frameworks that connect campaign activity to business goals.

Measure campaign performance and conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Tag Management & Tracking

Implement and manage tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Deploy and maintain tracking pixels, tags, and conversion integrations across advertising and analytics platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure data is accurate and complete.

Cross-Domain & Conversion Tracking

Configure cross-domain tracking so user journeys are captured accurately across websites and properties.

Set up end-to-end conversion measurement, from ad click or impression through to final conversion.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Develop automated, scalable dashboards in Looker Studio for internal teams and clients.

Deliver actionable insights - not just numbers - that inform optimization and investment decisions.

Attribution & Performance Analysis

Apply attribution methodologies to understand how each channel contributes to conversions.

Analyze customer journeys and measure campaign effectiveness across channels.

Translate attribution findings into recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix.

Client Management (Asset)

Lead client meetings and performance reviews.

Develop presentations that turn campaign performance data into clear business insights and next steps.

What You Bring

Required Technical Skills

Paid media platforms: Proven experience planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns in CM360, DV360, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Campaign build: Hands-on expertise with campaign, ad group, and keyword setup; audience targeting strategy; and ad setup.

Budget & optimization: Track record of managing budgets, reallocating spend based on performance, and optimizing bidding, targeting, structure, and ad types in real time.

Measurement: Strong understanding of campaign measurement, KPI frameworks, and performance analysis.

Tag management: Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and troubleshooting tracking issues.

Ad-tech ecosystem: Familiarity with tracking pixels, tags, and conversion platforms across advertising and analytics ecosystems.

Conversion tracking: Knowledge of cross-domain tracking and the ability to set up end-to-end conversion measurement.

Reporting: Experience building automated dashboards and delivering actionable insights in Looker Studio.

Attribution: Understanding of attribution methodologies, customer journey analysis, and cross-channel campaign effectiveness measurement.
