The Opportunity

Based in Calgary, Edmonton, or Saskatoon, you'll work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams within our Remediation Program Management team. Through project coordination, proposal development, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and client service support, you'll help the team operate efficiently and deliver environmental projects successfully while building your career in a leading engineering consulting environment.

Your Impact

Coordinate project activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to support efficient execution and positive client outcomes.
Contribute to compelling proposals by gathering content, coordinating submissions, tracking deadlines, and preparing final packages.
Support project managers with project setup, tender documents, financial tracking, progress payments, change orders, invoicing, and document control.
Produce clear meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports, and client deliverables that keep teams aligned and informed.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain communication and project momentum.
Strengthen project governance by maintaining accurate records and supporting operational, safety, and business development initiatives.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, deliverables, records, and administrative workflows in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to prepare polished proposals, meeting materials, correspondence, reports, and client-facing document packages.
Working knowledge of project financial administration, including progress payments, change orders, invoicing support, and performance tracking.
Ability to maintain organized electronic filing systems and accurate project documentation in accordance with established standards.
Clear communication and coordination skills for working with project managers, multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting projects in the oil and gas sector is an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $47,500 - $63,800
MB & ON: $43,300 - $60,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $42,900 - $57,800
