Your Impact

Lead the electrical design and delivery of complex building projects from concept through construction.
Develop innovative power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communication, security, and building systems solutions that enhance occupant experience and safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and sustainable building designs.
Guide clients through technical decisions by providing trusted engineering expertise and insight.
Mentor and support junior engineers and designers, helping build technical excellence across the team.
Drive project success through quality management, technical reviews, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Contribute to business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Influence the future of communities through the design of healthcare, institutional, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration in Manitoba.
Significant experience in electrical building systems design within the consulting engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes, standards, and building regulations.
Proven expertise designing power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with architects, owners, and contractors.
Proficiency with industry-standard engineering and design software.
Strong communication, technical writing, and client relationship management skills.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $98,800 – $130,800

MB & ON: $90,100 – $124,100

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $89,200 – $118,500
