Your Impact

  • Maintain baseline and working schedules, incorporating progress updates and approved changes while preserving schedule integrity.
  • Analyze critical paths, schedule variance, float and emerging constraints to identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction and other disciplines to validate sequencing and realistic execution plans.
  • Prepare clear schedule reports, forecasts, look-ahead and planning insights that support timely project decisions.
  • Support change management by evaluating potential schedule impacts and maintaining traceability between changes and project plans.
  • Contribute to project controls processes by integrating scheduling information with cost, progress and performance reporting where appropriate.
  • Improve planning practices by applying lessons learned and practical scheduling methods across Applied Solutions projects.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6 to develop, maintain, baseline, update and analyze integrated, logic-driven project schedules.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), including integrating schedule, cost and progress information to support project performance measurement and forecasting.
  • Practical understanding of project controls, including baselines, critical-path analysis, progress measurement, forecasting and change management.
  • Ability to translate complex project information into concise schedule insights for project managers, technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating inputs across multiple disciplines, challenging assumptions constructively and resolving schedule gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Sound knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, including the relationships among engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  • Relevant post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, project management, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
