Proven experience delivering completed ground improvement projects across varying site conditions and project types
Strong technical knowledge of ground improvement methods such as vibro compaction, dynamic compaction, grouting, soil mixing, wick drains, and rigid inclusions
Deep understanding of geotechnical site conditions, risk assessment, and ground behaviour
Demonstrated leadership in technical review, design oversight, and project execution
Familiarity with the Canadian ground improvement market, including client landscape and regulatory environment
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario (or eligibility to obtain) strongly preferred
