Responsibilities

Notre équipe Énergie – Hydroélectricité et Barrages regroupe plus de 150 expertes collaborant à des projets de développement, de réfection et de sécurité de barrages. Vous mettrez votre expertise à profit pour soutenir des clients publics et privés et laisser votre marque sur des projets inspirants.

Pour faire face à ces défis de croissances, WSP est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) ingénieur(e) principal(e) en structure pour rejoindre notre équipe structure nationale en Hydroélectricité et Barrages du groupe Énergie, situé dans l’un ou l’autre de nos bureaux au Québec.

Votre Impact

Réaliser des études de faisabilité et l’ingénierie de détail pour de nouvelles structures ou pour la réhabilitation d’ouvrages existants (barrages, évacuateurs, déversoirs, centrales).
Concevoir des structures en béton armé et en acier, en assurant performance, durabilité et sécurité.
Préparer et valider plans, devis, notes de calcul et rapports techniques.
Participer à des inspections et à des études de sécurité de barrages.
Coordonner des enjeux de conception et de construction en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
Diriger et planifier le volet technique de projets structuraux liés à l’hydroélectricité et aux barrages.
Encadrer et offrir du mentorat aux ingénieures juniors, autant sur les aspects techniques que sur le terrain.
Contribuer au volet technique des appels d’offres et soutenir le développement des affaires.
Participer activement à la croissance et à l’excellence de l’équipe.

Les compétences qui vous distinguent

Baccalauréat en génie civil ; diplôme de 2ᵉ ou 3ᵉ cycle (atout).
Un expert avec 15+ années+ d’expérience en conception de structures et d’ouvrages hydroélectriques ou de barrages.
Membre de l’OIQ
Jugement technique aiguisé, autonomie, initiative et sens du détail.
Capacité naturelle à collaborer au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
Excellente communication écrite et orale ; bilinguisme requis pour des projets nationaux.
Carte ASP Construction ; disponibilité pour déplacements ponctuels.
