Junior Document Control Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting engineering and construction projects by ensuring project information is organized, accessible, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
This opportunity is open to candidates across Canada and is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in document management systems, project delivery processes, and multidisciplinary engineering environments. You'll work alongside experienced project teams, supporting meaningful projects while developing the skills needed for long-term career growth in document control and project services.
Your Impact
In this role, you'll:
- Support document control activities across engineering, EPC/EPCM, and construction projects, helping maintain accurate, current, and accessible project information.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of project document control environments using platforms such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360.
- Maintain document numbering, metadata, workflows, and revision records to support efficient information management and project execution.
- Process transmittals, submissions, reviews, and approvals while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
- Respond to document-related requests from project teams and clients, providing timely support and guidance.
- Perform quality checks on project documentation to ensure compliance with templates, naming conventions, and project standards.
- Track document revisions and support the maintenance of document history, records, and audit readiness.
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while developing strong prioritization and time-management skills.
The Skills That Set You Apart
You'll bring many of the following strengths to the team:
- 1 to 3 years of document control, project administration, records management, or related experience, preferably within engineering, EPC/EPCM, construction, or other project-based environments.
- Familiarity with document management systems such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of document control fundamentals including document numbering, revision control, transmittals, records management, and document workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach to supporting project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $50,500 – $66,800
MB & ON: $46,000 – $63,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $45,600 – $60,500
