With an unmatched breadth and depth of engineering, advisory and science-based expertise, our global minds unite to power local solutions.
We are pathfinders and impact makers.
We are Visioneers.
We are WSP.
The Opportunity
Help shape and strengthen a global ethics and integrity program that supports more than 80,000 employees worldwide. Working under the leadership of the WSP Chief Ethics and Integrity Officer and closely with executive Ethics leadership, you will coordinate the worldwide implementation of initiatives and controls across all program pillars.
Your work will support ethical culture, reputation risk management, and compliance across areas including anti-corruption, fair competition, anti-money laundering, human rights, and sanctions regimes. This Canada-wide opportunity offers the chance to lead complex global initiatives, collaborate across functions and regions, and continuously improve how the Ethics and Integrity program delivers impact.
Your Impact
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Global ethics policy portfolio, including development, engagement with regional Ethics teams and functional and business subject matter experts, updates and improvements, translations, publication, and oversight of the human, system, or AI resources executing lifecycle tasks. You will manage this work on behalf of the Chief Ethics and Integrity Officer, who remains the policy owner.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Global ethics awareness and communications programs, including Canopy, WSP’s intranet, internet content, and other communications. You will coordinate development, stakeholder engagement, updates and improvements, translations into more than 10 languages, distribution, and the resources involved in delivering the work.
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Global ethics training program, including the development and evolution of the annual Code of Conduct Refresher e-learning and new-hire Code of Conduct Onboarding e-learning. You will engage regional Ethics teams and functional and business subject matter experts, coordinate updates and improvements, manage translations into more than 10 languages, oversee assignment through multiple LMS systems, track completion, and manage the resources supporting the lifecycle. You will also develop targeted training for specific audiences, including anti-corruption, fraud detection, or sanctions content, and coordinate its development, delivery, assignment, and tracking.
- Manage the Global ethics program’s periodic recertification lifecycle, covering project planning, engagement with the external assessor, consultation with regional Ethics teams and functional and business subject matter experts, data collection and submission, draft-report review and commentary, findings analysis, and recommendations for updating existing global initiatives or considering new ones.
- Lead internal engagement and collaboration initiatives for the Ethics team, including activities that sustain team culture across time zones and locations, colleague interview videos, job-description development, training plans, and other measures that facilitate collaboration and growth. You will also support the effective use of the team’s shared Teams communications platform and file repository.
- Support executive and Board reporting, enabling the efficient preparation of monthly and quarterly program reports. You will monitor and analyze key program indicators aligned with the three-year strategic action plan, gather information from regional teams through scheduled data-collection tools and meetings, and turn that information into effective, impactful presentations.
- Coordinate essential program services and strategic initiatives, facilitating renewals for required professional services such as due diligence services and ensuring the effective and accurate use of licences and platforms. You will also lead designated global strategic and growth initiatives, including multi-year and cross-functional alignment initiatives, the transition of regional program elements into the global program, and pilot phases involving staged rollouts across regions or groups.
- Drive continuous improvement and support program priorities, identifying and executing tactical projects that strengthen program operations and performance while adjusting their direction as needed throughout the year. You will support designated areas such as third-party diligence, risk assessment, and other controls, and assist the Chief Ethics and Integrity Officer in advancing the program’s priorities, strategic framework, and day-to-day mandate as assigned.
- Approximately seven or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience deploying global initiatives within an international organization.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience in project management or program coordination.
- Experience working with business integrity programs or in legal compliance environments is an asset.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
