Guide the planning and design of civil roadworks, water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, and stormwater management facilities.
Build trusted relationships with clients, municipal stakeholders, and approving authorities to advance project approvals and outcomes.
Drive business growth through proposal preparation, client engagement, and business development initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
Mentor and support the growth of junior professionals, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to building resilient communities through the delivery of impactful infrastructure projects.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land development engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in the design and delivery of water, wastewater, drainage, and land development projects.
Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage financial performance and project risks.
Experience working with municipal approval processes and coordinating with regulatory authorities.
Established client relationship management skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
